 Topic Information:
There is a growing body of evidence showing that poor nutrition has a major affect on the honey bee’s overall health and developmentHoney bee nutrition is an important area of research and focus as they are the most economically valuable pollinators of agricultural crops.

Dr. Hill will cover a number of topics including:

  • Basics of honey bee nutrition
  • How nutrition affects honey bee development and ability to overwinter
